Spirit- This bitch was a show stopper from the time she was whelped. She and Genug ruled the whelping box with movement and attitude. Ellie Rensink and her Mom, Sarah and Pat Dowling, Nancy Eilks, Bo Blanton, Bev Riley, a friend of Ellie's myself, Greg and my daughters all were there for the litter's evaluation at 7 weeks old. I knew which dog that Ellie would choose. After 3 hours of gaiting, exams, and discussion, yes indeed they took the bitch that I had predicted and watched since day one. There were others in the litter that were of excellent quality and proved to have a great show career, but Spirit screamed, SHOW ME! She went on to be finished by Ellie, and owned by Willard Reid of Reidsan Bouviers. She has had a beautiful litter and those puppies are finishing easliy.
