This Canada Goose is hollow but for the most part is one piece of Basswood. The legs are textured to look like goose skin and nails. the rocks have a puddle of acrylic made to look like water. There is a free standing feather that lays on the base. The eyes are hand blown glass. Each feather is individually hand carved, texturized with a burning tool and hand painted. No part of this Goose is unfinished.
This piece took 3 years to complete.
